The venue is tidy, with comfortable location just next door to the Museum of Auschwitz and Katowice and Krakow. The hotel provides a good service. Would like to stay longer, I loved spending time there.

It was a no-fuss kind of place. the room we stayed in was pretty quiet and quite spacious, with nice big beds that were comfy to sleep in. the staff here were friendly and easy to talk to. 😊

During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the hotel's free WiFi and clean rooms. The location was also great, as there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always willing to offer directions and recommendations for activities.
I did have some issues during my stay. The hotel staff could have been more accommodating to non-Polish speaking guests, as there were some communication difficulties.
